Application:
The heat pad can be heated in the microwave (at 800 watts max. 40 sec) or in the oven (at 120°C approx. 1.5 min).

Be sure to check the temperature before use to ensure a comfortable temperature for your baby. To use as a cooling pad, simply place the pad in the refrigerator.
