5 YEAR WARRANTY

Valid for all newly purchased Naturkind strollers (from the date of purchase 26.06.2025)

1. Two years of legal protection – three more as a sign of trust

When purchasing a new Naturkind stroller, customers automatically receive a two-year statutory warranty. In addition, Naturkind offers a voluntary warranty of up to three years (total duration: five years), provided the item is purchased online or from an official Naturkind retailer and registered within 30 days.

2. What Naturkind guarantees

Naturkind stands for the highest quality and precise craftsmanship. Our voluntary warranty covers material and manufacturing defects that occur despite proper use. The warranty is valid within the EU and Switzerland and is valid exclusively for the original purchaser.

3. How the warranty process works

To claim warranty services, the following conditions must be met:

  • Presentation of proof of purchase with purchase date.
  • Contact customer service or your authorized dealer.
  • Description of the defect including photo or video for documentation.

After examining the case, Naturkind will decide whether to correct the defect through repair or replacement. Repairs are performed either at Naturkind or at an authorized specialist workshop. Replacement parts may vary slightly in color or model, but will always be of comparable quality.

Because sustainability plays a central role at Naturkind, most of our product components are designed to be easily and quickly replaced by the customer. We will send you the appropriate replacement part along with easy-to-follow video instructions. This allows you to complete the repair right at home – often, the stroller is ready for use again in just a few days (depending on shipping time).

4. What is not covered by the warranty

The voluntary Naturkind guarantee does not cover damage caused by:

  • normal wear and tear (e.g. tire tread, fabric fading)
  • improper use or overloading
  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs by third parties
  • Use of non-certified accessories
  • weather-related influences (e.g. rust, mold, UV damage)
  • lack of or incorrect care according to the operating instructions

5. Out-of-warranty repair service

Even after the warranty period has expired, we're here to help: We offer a repair service for many common models. You can obtain spare parts and repair quotes directly from our customer service.
