all-round service
With our all-round service, we will check your stroller, maintain it and test all functions. If a part needs to be replaced, we will contact you in advance.
car wash service
You would like all the covers to be cleaned. We are happy to offer this service too. We wash the fabric covers and then remove and re-cover them.
New look through new covers
Could your stroller use a complete update? Then order your desired design and we will cover the stroller with new fabrics for you as part of the service.
And this is how it works:
First, you select the service packages that are right for you. A full check, washing of the covers or a completely new look?
You bring or send us your car. If you need a shipping box, simply book this option.
We will service your darling and contact you in advance if a spare part is necessary.
We will send your Naturkind stroller back to you freshly styled. Ready for many more trips.

Once it's in shape, you can sell your stroller even more easily at the second-hand market.
Extend the life of your stroller: You want to use the stroller for more children and then pass it on to other families. After the service, you hand it over in perfect condition.
FAQ all-round service
What is done during a service?
With our all-round service, our mechanics will check your stroller completely. From the frame to the suspension, brakes, seat unit, ankles, roof screws, wheels - everything, so to speak. If we find that a spare part is needed, we will contact you in advance. We will not replace anything without your permission.
How long does the service take?
As soon as the stroller has arrived with us, you can expect it to take around 10 working days until it is back on your doorstep or ready for collection. If the time differs from this, we will of course contact you.
I have one box, can I just book the return shipping?
Please contact us briefly by email, using the contact form or by phone. If you have a suitable box, shipping will of course be cheaper for you, as we do not have to send you any packaging material in advance.
Can I also have accessories cleaned by you?
For this purpose, we ask that you contact us in advance. We will then discuss which accessories you would like to have cleaned and whether this is possible.
