How much do returns cost?

We charge a flat-rate standard fee of €4.90 for returns.

Customers from Switzerland, Sweden, the UK (United Kingdom), Norway, Finland and non-EU countries: There is no statutory right of withdrawal for orders from the countries listed above. However, we offer the option to return unused items in their original packaging within 14 days at your own expense (duty-free, under the return goods procedure).

How long does delivery take?

For accessories in stock, delivery takes 2–5 working days.

The delivery time for pram orders is approximately 8 weeks.
