What payment options are available in the Naturkind online shop?

You can pay in advance, by credit card (Visa and Mastercard), PayPal, Klarna and EPS.

What are the shipping costs?

Within Austria €5.90, within Germany €8.90, for the rest of the EU €10.90. From an order value of €100, delivery is free of charge.

What do returns cost?

We charge a standard rate of €4.90 for returns.

Customers from Switzerland: There is no statutory right of withdrawal for orders from Switzerland. However, we offer the option of returning unused items in their original packaging within 14 days at your own expense (duty-free, return goods procedure).

How long does delivery take?

For accessories in stock, delivery takes 2-5 working days. The delivery time for pram orders is approx. 8 weeks. Should there be a delay in delivery, you will be informed by us.

How will my parcel be sent?

We send our parcels with the parcel service providers GLS and DPD.

Can I track my order?

As soon as your parcel is on its way to you, you will receive an email from GLS or DPD with a tracking link.
