The Naturkind Preschooler toddler carrier is the ideal companion for active families. It was specially developed for older children who love to explore the world themselves, but still want to enjoy the closeness and security with mom or dad from time to time.
Thanks to the comfortable padding and ergonomic fit, even longer distances can be carried comfortably – whether hiking, traveling, or in everyday life. The carrier grows with your child and offers a safe and comfortable seat from approx. 2 to 5 years. It seamlessly follows our baby carrier (approx. 0–2 years), allowing for a smooth transition. You can use it as a front carrier or back carrier.
The Preschooler is available in various designs and is made from GOTS-certified organic cotton.

When does buying a baby carrier make sense?
Many parents want to have their baby's initial gear completely prepared before birth. This is easily possible, as our baby carriers can be used from birth and grow with your baby.
Other families prefer to try out after birth which carrier feels best for them in everyday life. This is also a good decision. Our carriers are usually in stock and can be ordered at short notice with no long delivery time.
Whom does the carrier fit?
Our baby carriers are suitable for full-term babies from birth.
The waist belt is continuously adjustable from clothing size XXS to XXL.
Is the carrier suitable for summer?
Yes. Our carriers can be used all year round.
Especially for warm days, we recommend our linen-cotton blend carrier. Due to its special weave, the material is particularly breathable and ensures a pleasant carrying climate.
Can I breastfeed my baby in the carrier?
Yes. With a little practice, you can also breastfeed your baby in the carrier.
To do this, alternately loosen the hip belt and shoulder straps until your baby can easily reach your breast. Make sure that the carrier continues to support your baby safely. After breastfeeding, you should return your baby to the ergonomically correct carrying position and tighten the carrier.
Can I put on the carrier by myself?
Yes. Our carriers are designed to be easily put on by yourself.
The Halfbuckle is particularly intuitive and very easy to use, even without prior knowledge. For the Fullbuckle and the Preschooler, it's worth taking a quick look at the instructions or consulting a babywearing consultant. After that, putting on these models is usually also quite straightforward.
How long can my baby stay in the baby carrier?
A healthy baby can be carried for as long as it is comfortable for both of you.
In the first few weeks after birth, you should pay attention to your own body and follow the recommendations of your midwife or other professionals. From your baby's perspective, there is no time limit for carrying.
Can I machine wash the baby carrier?
Yes. You can clean your Naturkind carrier in the washing machine.
We recommend washing the carrier in a laundry bag or pillowcase on a hand wash or delicate cycle to protect the buckles.
