Data protection

Statement regarding the requirement to provide information

Protecting your personal data is very important to us. Therefore, we process your data solely in accordance with the legal provisions (GDPR, TKG 2003). This data protection information serves to inform you about the most important aspects of data processing within the scope of the use of our website..

If you contact us via e-mail or the form on our website, your provided data are stored with us for a period of six months to process your request and in case there are any follow-up questions. We do not pass these data on to third parties without your consent.

Our website uses so-called cookies. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your end device via the browser. They do not cause any damage. We use cookies to ensure that our offer is designed in a user-friendly manner. Some cookies remain stored on your end device until you delete them. They make it possible for us to recognize your browser the next time you visit our website.

If you do not want this, you can set your browser so that you are notified about the setting of cookies and only allow this in individual cases. If you deactivate cookies, this may restrict the functionality of our website.

Web analysis

Our website uses functions of the web analysis service Google Analytics. This means that data can also be transferred to a European third country when you use our website. For this purpose, cookies are used that enable the analysis of the use of the website based on its users. The information thus generated is transferred to the provider’s server and stored there. You can prevent this by setting your browser so no cookies are stored. We have a corresponding contract for order data processing with the provider. Your IP address is collected but immediately pseudonymized by deleting the last 8 bits. This way, only a rough localization is possible. The data are processed in accordance with the legal provisions of § 96 Par. 3 TKG as well as Art. 6 Par. 1 lit. a (consent) and/or f (legitimate interest) of the GDPR.

Our aim within the meaning of the GDPR (legitimate interest) is to improve our offer and our web presence. As our users’ privacy is very important to us, the user data are pseudonymized.

Your rights

You principally have rights of access, correction, erasure, restriction, data portability, withdrawal and opposition. If you believe that the processing of your data violates the data protection law or your data protection rights have been infringed in any way, you can complain to the supervisory authority. In Austria, this is the data protection authority.
