During the all-round service, we will check and maintain your pushchair once and check all functions. If parts need to be replaced, we will contact you in advance.
Washing the covers
You would like all covers to be freshly cleaned once. We are also happy to offer this service. We will wash, remove and reupholster the fabric covers.
New look with new design
Could your pram do with a complete update? Then order your favourite design and we will cover the pram with new fabrics for you as part of the service.
Here’s how it works:

You bring or send us your pram. If you need a shipping box, simply book this option.
We will service your favourite and contact you in advance if a spare part is required.
We will send your Naturkind pram back to you freshly freshened up. Ready for many more outings.
Carrying out a Naturkind all-round service is very easy. Once you have made your selection, add your service packages to the shopping basket and order them. We will get back to you with the next possible date. If you have booked the shipping option, we will send you a box and a return label. If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Why are we doing this?
After our service, your pushchair will be back in shape and you will be travelling safely and comfortably.
Once it’s in shape, you can sell your pram even more easily at the second-hand market.
Extend the service life of your pram: You want to use the pushchair for more children and then pass it on within the family. After the service, you hand it over in perfect condition.
FAQ All-round service
What is done during a service?
During the all-round service, our mechanics will check your pram completely. From the frame to the suspension, brakes, seat unit, ankles, roof bolts, wheels – everything once, so to speak. If we determine that a replacement part is required, we will contact you in advance. We will not replace anything without your authorisation.
How long does the service take?
As soon as the pram has arrived at our premises, you can expect approx. 10 working days until it is back on your doorstep or ready for collection. We will of course get in touch with you if the delivery time differs from this.
I have a box, can I only book the return shipment?
Please contact us briefly by email, via the contact form or by telephone. If you have a suitable box, shipping will of course be cheaper for you, as we do not have to send any packaging material to you in advance.
Can I also have accessories cleaned by you?
We would also ask you to get in touch with us in advance. We will then discuss which accessories you would like to have cleaned and whether this is possible.
